Fun at the Farm

Brian and Jack had a good time on the trampoline yesterday. Only a two-year-old would get bounced around this much and still beg for more.

About the name

During these early years of parenting, I feel that I am constantly giving my sons and daughter encouragement to try something new and then immediately turning around and telling them to stop doing something else. This 'One Thumb Up, One Foot Down' approach of life isn't that far from how my own life feels at times - movements forward and backwards, highs and lows - and this blog is my attempt to share some of these moments with you.
